Spirity Enterprise was founded by a team of cybersecurity professionals who experienced firsthand the frustrations of traditional compliance consulting. Eva is an experienced Head of Information Technology with a proven track record in the telecommunications industry. A skilled leader in transformational programs, she specializes in building strong organizations to ensure seamless execution.

As the founder and CEO of Complify, Eva also heads the Professional Services Department, where she actively oversees IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as carve-in and carve-out projects, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Balazs Csendes

Balázs is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with over two decades of international experience.

Formerly Sales Director for Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa at BlueVoyant and Security Operations & Response Leader at IBM, he excels in driving innovation and building high-performing teams.

He is passionate about shaping strategies that fortify organizations against cyber threats and ensure long-term resilience.

As Complify's VP of Product and Strategy, Balázs aligns IT strategies with business goals, delivering forward-thinking solutions and enhancing digital resilience.
